Is Painting Kitchen Cabinets Worth It?
Painting is always cheaper than installing new cabinets. A fresh coat of paint can completely renew the look and feel of your kitchen without fully replacing them. Another benefit is it won’t take as long. If money or turnaround time are your biggest concerns, painting is the way to go. It will save you time and money, so it’s a win-win.

Our Cabinet Painting Process in Westminster
Step 1: Prep
We will close off an area to complete the cabinet painting prep and paint process. This will help move the project along quicker while making sure that our painters have a secured area to prep and spray.
Step 2: Cleaning
After we’ve disassembled all of your doors and drawers, we’ll wipe them down to prepare them for Step 3.
Step 3: Sanding
We’re giving all of the doors and drawers a light sanding to create an even smoother surface for painting.
Step 4: Priming
After we’ve completed the cleaning and sanding process we will prime all of the cabinet doors and drawers.
Step 5: Painting
Sherwin Williams is the go-to for high quality paint products, and their Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel trim coating applies beautifully on cabinets.
Step 6: Reassemble & Clean-Up
Finally, we’re ready to assemble your new kitchen with all of its hardware. Once that’s done and cleaned up from installation–you’ll have an amazing space.
