Position Title: Client Account Manager (CAM)

Department: Office Team; Sales and Customer Service

Reports to: CAM Team Leader

Employment Status: Full-Time

Position Summary:  

Our Client Account Managers work from our office to facilitate the Kind Client Experience.  This entails scheduling appointments, dispatching team members, organizing production schedules, inside sales, and Kind customer service.  As a customer-centric role, CAMs are required to have excellent problem solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and phenomenal communication.  

Responsibilities:

  • Database Management 
  • Outbound Contact; Phone, Text, and Email
  • Schedule Appointments for the Field Team
  • Promote Offers and Services
  • Inside Sales Follow Up
  • Schedule Production and Complete Steps Pre and Post Production 
  • Closing Jobs
  • Work with your Team to Provide Clients with Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

  • Sales or Marketing Experience 
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Goal Oriented
  • Highly Organized with Attention to Detail
  • Team Focused
  • Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to Englewood office
  • Growth Minded
  • Hungry and determined
  • The desire to be the best you that you can be

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm
  • Some Saturdays are required

Compensation:

  • Starting Hourly: $20/Hour with Bonus Opportunities
  • Bonus opportunity throughout the year
  • Commission Bonus Earned at the End of the Year
  • First year earning potential $45,000-$60,000
  • Seniors earn $75,000-$150,000
