Position Title: Client Account Manager (CAM)
Department: Office Team; Sales and Customer Service
Reports to: CAM Team Leader
Employment Status: Full-Time
Our Client Account Managers work from our office to facilitate the Kind Client Experience. This entails scheduling appointments, dispatching team members, organizing production schedules, inside sales, and Kind customer service. As a customer-centric role, CAMs are required to have excellent problem solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and phenomenal communication.
