How Much Does it Cost to Paint Kitchen Cabinets?
Kind Home Solutions Cabinet Painting Process
Step 1: Prep
Our team will protect all surfaces and floors and mask off everything in your kitchen space. We will then create an enclosed area for our team to work.
Step 2: Cleaning
Every door, drawer, and box on every assignment will be disassembled and cleaned prior to moving on. It is critical to remove any dirt or grime from the surface area before continuing.
Step 3: Sanding
We will give all doors, drawers and surfaces a light sand to ensure that the paint adheres to the cabinet surface properly.
Step 4: Priming
We perform two coats of a high-quality primer before we work on any painting. We also do some light sanding and cleaning between each coat to produce that smooth surface.
Step 5: Painting
We apply two coats of the highest-quality products available of Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel.
Step 6: Reassemble & Clean-Up
When the cabinets are sufficiently dry and cured, we will reassemble them and reinstall all the hardware. We will then clean up any mess we’ve made so you may use your new kitchen right away!
