Sales Representatives

Our Sales Representatives, or Estimators as we call them, are responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified, prospective and existing customers.  As an Estimator you are not responsible for generating your own leads. We diligently pre-qualify your leads to ensure you are set up for the best possible selling opportunity.

As an integral part of our team you are trained in all of our products and services, sales techniques, as well as presentation and negotiation strategies.  If you follow our systems you will unquestionably be successful in the role. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of interactive sales presentation on our products and services
  • Work with your Team to Develop Strategies to Increase Daily Performance
  • Weekly Team and Sales Meetings
  • Participate in Ongoing Coaching and Training

  • Organizational and Communication Skills 
  • Successful Track Record of Team Success
  • Goal Oriented and Goal Motivated
  • No Sales Experience Necessary with the Right Attitude
  • Must Have Reliable Transportation 
  • Hungry and Determined

  • Ability to Work Mon – Friday 11 am to 7 pm (Includes 1 Weekend Day 9 am – 3 pm)
  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • Leader Mindset

Compensation:

  • First year earning potential $70,000-$100,000
  • Seniors earn $80,000-$150,000
